Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vyro Connect, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Kareem Cushmeal Cherry, Sole Proprietor, created by Kareem Cherry.

You must be at least 16, give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Vyro Connect is currently free, with usage limits on transcription and AI features. Paid plans may be introduced later. We will not charge you without your clear agreement to a paid plan.

You own what you upload. You give us permission only to store and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload recordings and contact information, including any required consent from people recorded.

Do not use Vyro Connect to send spam, harass anyone, break recording-consent or privacy laws, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

Transcripts and AI findings may contain errors. Review them before relying on them. AI findings never change your contacts without your approval.

You are responsible for following anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), including a valid mailing address and honoring unsubscribes.

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available. We may update features and these terms with notice.

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
