AI & Data Processing Disclosure

AI runs only when you start it: transcribing a recording, or running AI Contact Intelligence after you approve the estimated cost. Pasted transcripts and Zoom chat imports are processed on your device without AI.

For transcription, audio sections of the recording you selected. For AI Contact Intelligence, the transcript text. Original recordings stay unchanged in your private storage.

Requests go through Lovable's AI service to third-party model providers (such as Google or OpenAI). Data is used to return your result, not to advertise to you. [Confirm provider data-retention terms before launch.]

AI can mishear words, misspell names, miss speech over music, or attribute statements to the wrong person. Speaker labels are not yet available. Vyro Connect only extracts contact details that were actually said, and flags uncertain findings for your review.

AI findings appear in "Could Come in Handy" for review. Nothing is added to a contact unless you approve it.

Many places require consent from everyone recorded. You are responsible for obtaining it before uploading.
