Vyro Connect (https://vyroconnect.com) is an AI-powered contact management and meeting intelligence app created by Kareem Cherry, an independent software developer. Account data: email address, password (stored securely, never readable by us), and sign-in details if you use Google.

Content you add: contacts, notes, meetings, follow-ups, contact photos, imported chat files, uploaded audio/video recordings, transcripts, AI findings and email campaigns.

Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (for example, error reports and request times).

Only to provide the features you use: storing and organizing your network, transcribing recordings you choose, running AI Contact Intelligence when you approve it, and sending emails you send. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your records are private to your account. Recordings and contact photos are kept in private storage and are shown only through short-lived links.

We use trusted providers to host the app and database, process transcription and AI analysis, and deliver email (Resend). They process data only to provide these services. See our AI & Data Processing Disclosure for details.

You may store information about other people. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for honoring their requests. Campaign emails include an unsubscribe link.

We keep your data while your account is active. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy to delete items or your whole account.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights. Email kareemcherry74@gmail.com.
